What We Can Offer
At the Children’s Service Dog Foundation, we offer a full-circle approach to creating successful partnerships between children and service dogs. Our Dog Matching & Evaluation process ensures each child is paired with the right dog based on their unique medical and emotional needs. Through Custom Training, each dog is taught essential skills — from medical alerts to mobility support — tailored to support their future partner. Finally, our Family Support program guides families through the transition process, offering hands-on training and ongoing resources to help every child and dog thrive together.

The cost of Medical alert dogs, mobility assistance dogs and wheelchair assistance dogs can range from $20,000 to as much as $120,000. Because of the care and the thousands of hours that go into the training of these dogs. This foundation’s mission is to help partner and gather resources, individuals, and organizations that empathize with these needs.
